These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the agreement for a build — that is a separate written contract signed by both parties.
Using the site
You may read this site and submit the application form. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Applications
Submitting the form is a request for a call, not a contract. We may decline any application. Booked calls that are missed without notice may not be rescheduled.
Client accounts
If we give you access to the client portal, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.
Content you upload
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us the limited right to store and process it for the purpose of delivering your project. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload.
Our content
The text, design and code of this site belong to Syntra Systems. Software we build for you under a signed agreement is yours on the terms set out in that agreement.
No guarantee of results
Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on adoption and use of the system, market conditions and other factors. Any figures shown are exceptional results from past or current clients and are not intended to represent or guarantee that anyone else will achieve the same. Every business is different, and your level of success depends on your experience, dedication and effort.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syntra Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
